Ready for a high-intensity workout- but don’t want to waste a gorgeous day inside of a gym of fitness center? Take your workout outside!! You don’t have to have a classic set of dumbbells or electric machines to ensure a solid strength training; simple find a local track or football field and try the following exercises:
- 20 yard Weight Sled Rows
- 5 rounds Running Stairs
- 10 Rope Pull-ups
- Battling Ropes: Alternating 20 sec, together 20 sec
- 20 Inverted Push-ups
- 20 yard Sled Pulls
- 20 Behind the back Dips
- 20 Hanging Leg Raises
Perform each workout consecutively for 4 to 5 rounds. Between the bright shining sunshine and the rapid repetition, you’re bound to feel the burn!
